The ARC 1100 DICUT wheelset from DT Swiss gives your road or triathlon bike improved aerodynamic properties. The design of the 80 mm deep DICUT carbon rim has been optimised. This made it possible to increase the jaw width. As a result, wider and more comfortable 25 to 28 mm tyres can be used on your time trial bike without sacrificing rolling resistance. Despite an ample 80 mm rim depth, the steering behaviour remains well controllable, which is achieved, among other things, by the streamlined 180 hub and the new Aerolite II straight pull spokes. In addition, you benefit from a noticeable sailing effect during crosswinds. To ensure that your leg power can develop ideally, the rear wheel has the modern Ratchet EXP freehub. It has 36 teeth, which ensure direct power transmission, thus keeping undesired idling during acceleration as low as possible.
